  • Separate client and advisor workspaces with assignment, messaging, and review workflows.
  • Interface explanations and content in Spanish, English, and Catalan.

  • Zottio can support collaboration with an advisor where an assigned client relationship exists.
  • An AI output does not mean a professional reviewed it. Check the review and approval state inside the relevant workflow.

Security and privacy

  • Access to authenticated workspaces is governed by session, role, and data scope.
  • The product records audit events for selected sensitive workflows and keeps provider credentials out of browser-facing views.
  • Exact hosting, provider, and operational controls depend on deployment configuration and must be validated before real use.

Current limitations

  • General information is not a substitute for tax advice tailored to an individual case.
  • Documents, inputs, assumptions, and outputs require review before filing or making decisions.
  • Social publishing is manual: this foundation has no verified direct publishing to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
  • Email consent can be recorded, but delivery remains disabled until a provider is configured and reviewed.

Do not assume it does. Workflows prepare reviewable information and steps; verify the state and authorization of the specific workflow before filing.

Does an advisor review every AI answer?

No. Professional review exists only when the workflow shows the relevant relationship and review or approval state.

Which languages are available?

Public interfaces and localized workflows support Spanish, English, and Catalan, although coverage may vary by screen.
