Setting up two-factor authentication
Add an extra layer of security to your Zottio account with two-factor authentication in under a minute.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step beyond your password, protecting your account even if your password is ever compromised.
To enable it, go to Account Settings > Security and select Enable Two-Factor Authentication. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email each time you log in from a new device.
We recommend enabling 2FA for any account handling financial documents. If you ever lose access to your verification method, contact support to regain access to your account.
