Managing your professional subscription

You can view and manage your subscription anytime from Account Settings > Billing. This shows your current plan, next billing date, and payment method on file.

To change plans — for example, moving from Individual to Quarterly as your situation changes — select Change Plan and choose the new tier. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and Zottio will prorate any difference automatically.

To update your payment method, select Update Payment Method and enter your new card details. To cancel, select Cancel Subscription — your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
