How to link your bank accounts securely

Zottio connects to your bank using read-only, bank-grade encrypted access. We never store your banking credentials — connections are handled through regulated financial data providers, the same standard used by major European banks.

To link an account, go to Accounting > Bank from your dashboard and select Connect Account. You'll be redirected to your bank's own secure login page to authorize access, then returned to Zottio automatically.

Once connected, Zottio imports your transactions and matches them against your invoices and expenses during reconciliation. You can disconnect a bank account at any time from the same screen, which immediately revokes access.

If your bank isn't listed, contact support — we're actively adding new institutions.
