Exporting reports for your accountant

Zottio lets you export your accounting data in formats accountants and advisors can work with directly, including journal entries, VAT summaries, and full tax case reports.

From Accounting > Journal, select the date range you need and choose Export. You can generate PDF summaries for review, or structured exports for import into other accounting software.

If you work with an advisor through Zottio, you can also grant them direct access to your account instead of exporting files manually — they'll see the same real-time data you do.
